Place the heating pad. Place the heating pad in a place that requires heating, such as a bed, sofa, or car interior. Ensure that the heating pad is not folded or curled to avoid affecting its normal operation.
Connect the power supply. Insert the plug of the heating pad into the power supply or temperature controller. If using a thermostat, insert the plug of the heating pad into the socket of the thermostat.
Turn on and adjust. Turn on the power or temperature controller of the heating pad, and adjust the temperature and working time as needed. Generally, heating pads have different temperature ranges, ranging from 30 to 60 degrees Celsius, and the time can be set to different time periods. For heating pads with temperature controllers, make sure the knob is in the closed position, slowly rotate to open and adjust to the appropriate temperature.
Use. Preheat the heating pad for 2-3 minutes before use. You can adjust the temperature range as needed to meet different warmth needs.
Close and store. After use, turn the heating pad to the off position and disconnect the power. Fold and store the heating pad properly.
