Electric blankets are usually used during the cold months of winter. It is important to note that it is not recommended to use them overnight. It is recommended to plug in the electricity before going to bed and turn off the power when the blanket is warm. Sleeping in bed will make it very warm. Once the weather is warm, it won't be needed anymore. Next, Shijiazhuang Xiaoyang Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. will share the precautions for storing electric blankets when they're not in use.
(1) Its fabric is mostly ordinary textiles. To prevent moisture and mold, it should be dried before storage, and then stored in a cool and dry place. Some desiccants can also be added. It is not advisable to place it near a heat source to avoid aging of the insulation layer of the heating body.
(2) When storing, the electric blanket can be rolled up or folded up and placed in a relatively loose place. Do not stack heavy objects on it, and do not use sharp tools to put it together.
(3) Some parts of the electric blanket are chemical products. Do not put camphor balls or similar items inside during storage to avoid accelerating the aging of plastic parts.
