The principle of a heating strip is very simple, mainly using resistance wires for heating. Firstly, a temperature sensor needs to be attached to the pipeline and container. When the sensor measures a temperature lower than the set temperature value, it will send an electrical signal to the PLC. The PLC will reply with a signal to the relay, so that the relay of the heating strip is closed and the connection between the two resistance wires of the heating strip is powered on. The resistance wires will start heating until the temperature sensor measures the temperature again and finds that the temperature has reached the set value. At this time, another signal will be sent to the PLC. After the temperature reaches the signal, the PLC will send a signal to the relay of the heating strip. At this time, the relay will disconnect, which is to cut off the power and stop heating.
